Founded in Pune, India, in 1942 by Shri Babulal Shah as Swastik Importing Agency, our journey began with a vision to have a supply chain of domestic and imported pharmaceutical and allied products to Pune and Maharashtra areas, previously only available in the then Bombay. As one of the first companies in the market when pharmaceutical distribution lines were still in their infancy, we have grown alongside the industry, always adapting to meet the evolving needs of manufacturers. Over the decades, our company evolved into a pioneering force in pharmaceutical distribution across Maharashtra.

First Store Launch
In 1953, Swastik Medical Stores was established to offer retail pharmacy services alongside continuing the wholesale activities to cater to the needs of pharmacies of Pune city and rest of Maharashtra.

Logistics Expansion
In 1978, we established the flagship Atul Sales Corporation to meet the evolving needs of pharmaceutical distribution logistics. Over time, Atul Sales Corporation was converted to Atul Sales Private Limited in 2016. Under the guidance of Shri Babulal’s sons, Rameshbhai and Kanubhai, we became exclusive super stockists and C&F agents. Kanubhai, along with his nephews Atul and Ajay, skillfully oversees the family business, maintaining the highest levels of integrity as leading carrying and forwarding agents and superstockists across Maharashtra and Goa.
